VA Combined Rating Calculator

Uses VA math (38 C.F.R. § 4.25) with optional bilateral factor (38 C.F.R. § 4.26). Rounds to nearest 10%.

Removes all conditions.
Combined Rating: 0%
Unrounded: 0%
Bilateral Add: 0%

How it works: Conditions are sorted highest to lowest. For each paired extremity (both arms or both legs), ratings on the left and right are first combined; then 10% of that bilateral value is added. Those bilateral totals are then combined with any remaining ratings. This tool does not yet apply Special Monthly Compensation rules.

Your condition may have worsened over time, or the VA may have underrated your disability. We review your file and medical records to determine if you qualify for a higher rating, ensuring you receive the full monthly compensation that matches your level of disability.
