For those who require expedited attorney review, we offer a limited number of Priority Case Reviews, subject to availability. The fee for a Priority Case Review is $1,500 and is nonrefundable. This service includes priority scheduling, attorney review of records submitted in advance, and a comprehensive case evaluation and strategy consultation. When feasible, the firm may also accommodate evening or other non-standard appointment times. Priority Case Reviews are intended for veterans with time-sensitive matters or those seeking expedited attorney attention beyond our standard consultation scheduling process.
